Who Are We Looking For?

 

We’re seeking an experienced, creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will create, manage and execute all marketing strategies to strengthen our position in the advertising industry. Candidates must possess the ability to take direction from multiple angles, then work independently to accomplish projects, reporting updates and conflicts to the team. Must be organized with a solution driven approach, and be willing to work efficiently to effectively meet all necessary deadlines. Ideal candidates will have a background and interest in the creative production / marketing industry, in order to bring thoughtful and creative ideas that add to our continued company growth.

 

What’s The Day To Day Look Like?

 

      Marketing

• Collaborate with Creative Director to create, manage and execute all email marketing campaigns within CRM, including design template, workflows and analytics reporting on behalf of the company. 

• Build an engaging social media strategy featuring company portfolio work across various social platforms to strengthen our brand presence within the market. Must possess extensive knowledge and experience with all social media platforms along with current trends to offer creative and strategic ideas to the team. Ideal candidate will also have prior experience executing  social media ads across platforms. 

• Must have experience writing simple creative copy for social + marketing content. Ideal candidate will possess a fresh and engaging, yet professional writing style to accompany all visual content.

• Candidates must be savvy to handle navigating various tech platforms, including but not limited to Wix, Behance, Youtube, Dropbox, etc.  Will be responsible for releasing portfolio content across all platforms once approved to share. 
  
  Business Development + Creative Production Team Support

• Act as main support to Business Development team for CRM management. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing contact data with quarterly upkeep, creating custom reports, liase with customer support to troubleshoot issues and reporting solutions to the Business Development team.

• Collaborate with Creative Director and act as main team support to manage and update client presentations and treatments using Google Slides. Offer creative ideas as well as take direction from Creative, Production and Business Development  teams to make updates to decks for custom presentations. 

• Support Business Development  team on all strategic efforts to support company growth. Including but not limited to reporting unique engagement insights from marketing and  social media efforts, that can add to lead conversion.

• Candidate will be expected to support the team at national in-person business development events. Travel may be required.

What Kind of Chops Do You Need?

 

• Candidates must be proficient in Google Office Suite, Hubspot (or similar CRM / Marketing platform), and Dropbox.

• You have excellent organizational and time management skills, able to juggle work for multiple projects at once

• A positive communicator, able to coordinate internal teams positively and confidently

• Pragmatic and analytically minded, you can adapt to changing deadlines and briefs, predict potential issues and problem solve
