For this Volvo campaign, we used a combination of CGI, retouch + compositing. We were supplied with CAD data for the cars and a photographic backplate. Using CGI, we rendered the car in environment and applied some post / retouch techniques to add finishing touches and ensure each car fits seamlessly with the backplate to create the final ads.
