We're currently looking for a full-time Client Partner to anchor our growth and client services presence in New York.

 

Your Role:

​

You’ll work closely with the Head of Production, Creative Directors, and Studio Founder to build and grow client relationships. This is a dual-role position: part client partner, part strategic lead. As a key member of our New York presence, you’ll play a central role in shaping long-term partnerships with agencies and brands across industries like beauty, fashion, tech, and luxury. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, not just during live projects, but throughout the relationship, ensuring their goals are clearly understood and represented. Internally, you’ll collaborate closely with production and creative teams to support alignment and momentum, acting as a connective tissue between client vision and project execution.

We’re not looking for a traditional salesperson, we’re looking for someone who understands the nuances of CGI production and post, can build genuine confidence with clients, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment. That said, a proven ability to bring in new business is essential. This role requires someone with a strong sales track record who can identify opportunities, win work, and build long-term, strategically valuable relationships. You’ll help us grow the business sustainably by aligning client needs with our creative strengths, ensuring each project elevates both our output and our partnerships.

Responsibilities

​

 Client Growth & New Business

​

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a primary focus on the NY and East Coast markets
     

  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads through outreach, networking, and industry events
     

  • Reignite relationships with previous clients and warm leads, finding opportunities to re-engage
     

  • Track outreach, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure consistent momentum and visibility
     

  • Represent the studio with clarity and confidence in capabilities presentations and credentials meetings
     

 Client Services & Relationship Management

​

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, cultivating long-term, trusted relationships
     

  • Run kickoff calls, client check-ins, and post-project reviews alongside the production team
     

  • Ensure clients feel supported, understood, and excited to work with us
     

  • Proactively surface client needs, feedback, and future opportunities internally
     

  • Help shape the tone and rhythm of communication across accounts
     

Strategic & Internal Support

  • Collaborate on pitch decks, proposals, scopes, and case study materials
     

  • Work with leadership to evolve and strengthen service offerings and positioning
     

  • Contribute to strategic decisions around client fit, creative ambition, and commercial growth
     

  • Act as a connector between production, creative, and client goals — keeping everyone aligned and informed
     

 

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

​

  • Have 5+ years of experience in business development, client services, or EP roles within the creative industry, ideally with exposure to CGI, design, or animation
     

  • Bring an established network or strong familiarity with the East Coast/NY agency and brand landscape
     

  • Are commercially minded with a sharp instinct for where creative and business intersect
     

  • Know how to lead conversations, pitch work, and build confidence with senior clients
     

  • Understand production workflows enough to speak fluently with internal teams and represent capabilities accurately (without needing to run the process)
     

  • Are proactive, self-directed, and comfortable owning relationships from first contact through delivery
     

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment where curiosity, clarity, and ambition are valued
